REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have 10 days returns policy. You can return unworn items in its original packaging within 10 days of the receipt.

Please note:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds on shipping fees, unless the items are faulty or the order is incorrectly sent.

We are not able to offer refunds on shipping fees, unless the items are faulty.

If you fail to accept and pay for your custom duties and taxes in the timely manner we  are not able to offer refund on the shipping costs.
